Anne is a researcher and entrepreneur with a nontraditional career path that includes founding a statewide nonprofit organization, helping open a Jamaican restaurant in downtown Palo Alto, and consulting for the state of California. While her professional journey first started in the nonprofit sector, her community organizing background has helped her stay focused on building inclusive user experiences since transitioning over to the startup world. In her current role at Airbnb, Anne oversees research for the Trust product group, which is focused on keeping Airbnb safe, inclusive, and legal.
